I grew up in the mountains of Idaho and learned to mountaineer, hike and camp from a young age with my family. Spending daily time in nature has continued to be my favorite and most valuable resiliency practice. I start every morning in nature with my dog before joining the world of society and technology. It is how I commune with my higher self, my creator and stay in tune
with my ecosystem.

I have lived in Mt. Shasta since 2007, exploring and building relationship with the area. I love to share my knowledge and techniques for connection with individuals and groups. I find it helps us to ground in the energy of the spiritual work that occurs during visits to Mt. Shasta and to build connection to the self, an essential part of integrating all of that transformation.
